We have a 100-dayย return policy covering our IceTub, which means you have 100 days after receiving your IceTub to request a return.
The IceTub:
To be eligible for a return ofย the IceTub, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it โ unused and in new condition โ and it must be returned in the original packaging with all parts included.ย
Please note that we do not accept returns for IceTubs that have been filled with water. You can unpack the IceTub, try if it fits by sitting in it without water, and assess the materials and quality to ensure they meet your expectations. If you decide to return it, please contact our customer support for instructions on how to return it.
The IceTub:

We offer 30 day money back guarantee of the IceChiller, so you can test it and return it if it doesn't meet your expectations.ย To be eligible for a return for the IceChiller, your chiller must be inย good condition, not have signs of use or scratches/dents, and still have all parts and it's original packaging. You can try it out during the 30 days, but if you have used it and decide to return it, please clean/wipe it and send it back in it's original packaging with all parts in the box. We can only approve returns that meet theseย requirements.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please also note that we do not offer free returns, and the return shipping cost is paid by the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once weโve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youโll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
