How Does It Work?

The SaunaPod SmartSteam Kit is ready to use in 3 simple sets. Assemble the frame and heat insulated tent, which takes about 10 minutes. Once assembled pour distilled water into the SmartSteam chamber, and within 15 minutes, steam will flow into the tent. Step inside, sit down, and experience the vast benefits of heat therapy.
How Hot Does It Get?
The SaunaPod can heat up internally to 55°C with near 100% humidity which may feel subjectively hotter and can elicit greater strains on the cardiovascular system.
Why? Water has a higher capacity than air. When you're in a steam sauna, the air is saturated with water vapor which carries more heat energy to your body than dry air would at the same temperature.
This is why the lower temperature in steam saunas but the humidity can make it juast as intense, if not more so, than a dry sauna.
How Do I Clean It?
The inside of the heat insulated cover is designed with anti-microbial materials to help prevent mold and bacteria build up. A quick dry & machine washable absorbent sweat mat for the floor of the sauna is included in every order.
After use, we recommend leaving the door flap open to air out and wiping down the water vapor on the inside walls.

Had to wait for the ice delivery man before this, now with the IceChiller I get cold and clean water whenever I like. Was a little hesitant in the beginning, even bought the IceBricks and a small chest freezer. It was super troublesome to make ice everyday too.

Was a little skeptical of how hot it gets, which easily hits 50C which is super humid and hot makes it super good inside. Waterproof mat and the phone case was really thoughtful too.
Space wise it’s pretty spacious and comes with a chair too! Easy installation, no complains.
