What happens if my IceTub PRO has an issue?
We guarantee your IceChiller will work without problems. If you have any issue within 30 days, our customer service team will do whatever's needed to get you cold plunging as soon as possible. If you are unhappy with the unit or just don't like cold plunging, you can return it for a full refund.
Is it really just a 20-minute setup?
Yes! You will inflate the tub with the included pump, place the IceChiller next to the IceTub PRO, connect 2 hoses and filters, fill with water, plug in, and you're ready to change your life!
Can the IceTub be set up outside?
Yes!
We engineered The IceTub to be weather and UV resistant, so you can set it up inside or outside, even in the warmer outdoor temperatures. The insulation keeps makes the ice melt a lot slower.
Does it include a cover?
Yes. The IceTub includes a waterproof cover and additional Insulated Lid to keep the water clean.
Does it require a special outlet?
Nope. The IceChiller uses a standard 220V outlet. For optimal performance, we recommend a dedicated 15A circuit with no other appliances.
How do I drain the IceTub?
The IceTub comes with a tap at the bottom for draining. To drain it, connect a standard garden hose or simply open the tap depending on where the IceTub is set up.
How long should each ice bath session be?
Cold water therapy works best with the right combination of time and temperature. For example, if you're in a 10°C water, we recommend staying in for no more than 10mins.

I’m glad I made the decision to purchase the chiller instead of going for ice cubes - first things first, Nick was really a nice dude that vibes with you. His product knowledge was fantastic and provided much advice and logical reasoning to consider the product.

2. Great ice tub material, it was sturdy and had no leaking issues
All in all it’s just a really simple, clean and reusable setup on a daily basis. I first bough the IceTub Pro to check out the overall quality. After it was easily set up and worked well I realised that it is a lot more convenient to also buy the IceChiller as I used the IceTub so often that we needed almost daily ice being delivered. The IceChiller made the whole experience so much more convenient and efficient as we have now set up a timer for on/off periods - now it is totally hassle free. We are experiencing so many positive effects of the IceTub but the most important one is that your recovery after any exercise is so much shorter and better.
Placed my order on Tuesday and they installed and delivered the next day. The team guided us with the maintenance and how to best ice bath for our goals. My brother and I are loving the daily plunges. Highly recommend!

Bought the IceTub and IceChiller in March 2024, and in February 2025 it had an issue and couldn’t cool the water efficiently. Reached out to their support, Jess assisted me.
The next 2 days, their team came over to collect the IceChiller. After 5 days, they redeliver and installed it again. Everything’s back to normal and can continue my daily ice baths!

Bought an ice tub and ice chiller machine. Ice chiller originally had some issues but Nicholas came all the way to ipoh to replace with a new ice chiller and help set everything up properly. Nicholas was also very responsive to all inquiries. Overall, excellent customer service and would highly recommend.
