The small footprint is good for my yard. And fits me good, can fully submerge till my neck. I’m 6ft btw. Works as it should!

I really satisfied with the product, but unfortunately the tub got leaked. Already requested for replacement after sending the video for reference. Seller said will send the tracking number of the replacement but yet to receive. Seller follow up with me after the purchase and respond was fast.
Well cleared instructions manual, took roughly 15mins to assemble it.
Tested it for 15 mins session and i must say it feels almost the same as the real thing in a sauna room. Tested with the highest steam lvl 9, chair a bit too low which the steam is mostly at the top and takes a while to circulate the whole thing so i stand it throughout the whole session instead for full heat experience. Whole body turns out wet/sweaty with some red body patches which makes u feel good after it. The height was just nice as well, as i m 178cm. The top just nicely touching my flat hair down.
Was looking around for different brands, Jess from The IceBath Company was diligent in answering all my questions and concerns. Pulled the trigger and been enjoying it so far! Great addition to my indoor garden

Assemble:
1)Icetub easy to assemble.
2)The cooler require assistance & guidance from seller because its really hard to assemble them. Make sure the jet water in 90° position or the water will shoot out from bathtub.
Customer service: Great. They will reply to you & assist along the way. Do contact them if facing difficulty.

Did not buy the chiller but I will get it one day lol been trying to buy 8 litres of ice bags everytime I use. Might be cheaper that way but its way more stressful and heavy to carry 8 litres of ice and it only manage to get to 21 celcius with malaysia standard hot wheather water. Would reccomend anything to do ice bath to destress.
