Iβm glad I made the decision to purchase the chiller instead of going for ice cubes - first things first, Nick was really a nice dude that vibes with you. His product knowledge was fantastic and provided much advice and logical reasoning to consider the product.
1. His chiller isnβt the conventional chiller (OEM) and has 2 options for your home use/ commercial use - which both has wifi connectivity as well
2. Great ice tub material, it was sturdy and had no leaking issues
All in all itβs just a really simple, clean and reusable setup on a daily basis. Makes you want to jump in for a cold plunge more than you would with preparation of ice/ waiting to the water to cool down. With icebath.co, you just need to preempt your chiller to run for 2 hours before you jump in, shut the chiller and then enjoy a great plunge. I first bough the IceTub Pro to check out the overall quality. After it was easily set up and worked well I realised that it is a lot more convenient to also buy the IceChiller as I used the IceTub so often that we needed almost daily ice being delivered. The IceChiller made the whole experience so much more convenient and efficient as we have now set up a timer for on/off periods - now it is totally hassle free. We are experiencing so many positive effects of the IceTub but the most important one is that your recovery after any exercise is so much shorter and better.

Bought an ice tub and ice chiller machine. Ice chiller originally had some issues but Nicholas came all the way to ipoh to replace with a new ice chiller and help set everything up properly. Nicholas was also very responsive to all inquiries. Overall, excellent customer service and would highly recommend.
